Our retail shop may open again from 14.04.2020. In order to continue to implement the measures of the Austrian Federal Government in the best possible way, we are implementing a number of changes in our operating procedures.
Obligation to wear masks & keep your distance
Customers who visit us in our retail store (POS) during our changed opening hours are obliged to cover their face with a mask.
In addition, a distance of at least 1 meter must be maintained in the store.
We also recommend - if possible - payment by card to reduce the contact with cash.
No on-site consultation possible
For the time being, no more detailed consultations in the showroom in Münchendorf are possible, as the danger of an infection would be much higher due to the intensive personal consultation.
However, we would be happy to offer our customers advice by e-mail, contact form, social media or telephone.
Changed opening hours
Our changed opening hours are as follows: Mon-Thu: 9-13 o'clock and 14-17 o'clock Friday: 9-13 o'clock During these times we are usually available by telephone and answer inquiries by e-mail or our contact form. As we are currently only available on site to a limited extent and with reduced personnel, there may well be shorter waiting times when processing an enquiry or the telephone may not be busy. For this we ask for your indulgence.
Online orders still possible without any problems
As in the past weeks, orders via our online shop are of course still possible without any problems. We continue to send daily packages with orders from our warehouse.
In order to be prepared for various challenging scenarios in the best possible way, we have been working with several logistics companies (Austrian Post, GLS, DPD, DHL) in the field of parcel shipping for a long time.
As a result of the Europe-wide measures, delivery times for orders may be extended in individual cases.
Online orders with self-collection (no payment possible on site)
It is now again possible to select the shipping method "self-collection" for an online order. However, we have temporarily deactivated the option "Payment on collection" for orders with self-collection. It is currently only possible to pay for orders with the shipping method "self-collection" via our shop online with PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or prepayment (2% discount).
Temporary delivery bottlenecks possible in the coming weeks
As many of our producers, manufacturers and suppliers in your countries are also affected by the extensive measures to contain the coronavirus, there could be supply bottlenecks for some of our products in the coming weeks and, as a result, problems with the availability of individual products.
We are currently making intensive efforts to find alternatives in order to maintain our ability to supply and are in close and permanent contact with our partners. If individual items are temporarily unavailable, this is indicated on the item details page by a message in red.
Currently we are working almost continuously to organize further deliveries with replenishment for many articles. Where this is not possible, we will try to include alternative articles in our assortment. The situation is still tense and represents a challenge for us.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers who have supported us over the last few weeks by purchasing from us and all our suppliers and partners who have continued to be there for us and continue to supply us with products even in these particularly intensive and stressful times.
